1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pg63 ("pg63", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pg63 online gaming platform available at pg63.bet.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or otherwise using any service offered by pg63, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and pg63 relating to the subject matter herein.

2Eligibility

Access to and use of the pg63 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is illegal;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of pg63, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the pg63 platform, or had a pg63 account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

pg63 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the pg63 platform, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active pg63 account. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. pg63 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon discovery, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pg63 username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service;
• Never disclose your login credentials to any third party;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify pg63 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Information Accuracy

All personal details submitted to pg63 must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pg63 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pg63 does not charge processing fees on standard deposit and withdrawal transactions, though your payment provider's own fees may apply.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

Deposits are credited to your pg63 account in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier page and are subject to change. All deposits must be made from a payment instrument registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your identity must be verified before the first withdrawal is processed;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically possible;
• pg63 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds prior to processing large withdrawals.

4.4 Processing Times

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during standard business hours. BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank bank transfers are generally processed within one Philippine banking business day. pg63 shall not be responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banking institutions, or regulatory holds.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

pg63 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. pg63 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawal requests pending completion of AML checks, and to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines as required by law.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by pg63 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published on the Current Offers page and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Where a wagering requirement applies to a bonus, the full required wagering turnover must be completed before any portion of the bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; upon expiry, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

pg63 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk hedging strategies to extract bonus value without genuine play, or manipulating game selection to artificially meet wagering requirements. Determination of bonus abuse is at the sole discretion of pg63.

5.4 Promotional Changes

pg63 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed and commenced wagering on a bonus at the time of modification will not be adversely affected by changes to that specific bonus instance, unless the modification is required by law or regulatory directive.

6Gaming Rules

Each game category available on pg63 — including live casino, slots, sports betting, sabong, and bingo — is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the relevant game interface or section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between the specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account management, payments, and conduct.

pg63 uses certified, audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in accordance with the rules of each specific game variant. Sports betting markets and odds are subject to the pg63 Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately on the platform.

pg63 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, at incorrect odds, or on a market that was suspended at the time the bet was placed. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pg63 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with any pg63 game or service;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided;
• Using fraudulent payment instruments or providing false financial information;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the pg63 platform;
• Attempting to access pg63 systems, databases, or infrastructure without authorisation;
• Sharing your account with or allowing any third party to use your pg63 account;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pg63 staff or other players.

pg63 reserves the right, without prior notice, to suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, to void associated bets and bonuses, to withhold outstanding balances pending investigation, and to refer matters to the relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the pg63 platform — including but not limited to the pg63 name and logo, website design, software, graphics, game content, text, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of pg63 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pg63 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pg63 platform without the prior written consent of pg63.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pg63 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond pg63's reasonable control;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the pg63 platform;
• Any loss or damage resulting from the actions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications providers;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform that was affected by a technical error.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pg63's liability for death or personal injury caused by pg63's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

10Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information by pg63 is governed by the pg63 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

pg63 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable law and the procedures set out in the Privacy Policy.

11Responsible Gaming

pg63 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We recognise that gambling, while entertaining for most, can become problematic for some individuals. As part of our responsible gaming commitment, pg63 provides the following tools and measures:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings;

12Termination

pg63 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Failure to satisfy identity or age verification requirements;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Receipt of a regulatory directive requiring account closure.

You may close your pg63 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

In cases of termination for breach of these Terms, pg63 reserves the right to withhold outstanding balances pending the outcome of any investigation, and to permanently forfeit such balances where the breach is confirmed.

13Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the pg63 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.

pg63 operates in compliance with PAGCOR guidelines for the Philippine online gaming market. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, the applicable law or regulation shall prevail to the extent of that conflict.

14Amendments

pg63 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a player — pg63 will provide advance notice of at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect. Notice will be provided via the email address or mobile number associated with your pg63 account, and the revised Terms will be published on the platform.

For minor or administrative changes that do not materially affect your rights, pg63 may update these Terms without prior notice. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into force.

Your continued use of the pg63 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the pg63 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
